It would be amazing if we could define the purchase value period per person like we can with the manually entered expenses in the forecasting widget.
Bonus points if we could include the option of a setup fee to REALLY wow clients with the forecasting tool.
For example a funnel could be for a purchase that has a $297 setup fee (or main product purchase) but then has a $97 monthly recurring purchase each month after it.
DOUBLE bonus if we could also establish how many months of recurring for that purchase (e.g. the average new customer stays on the membership for 3 months)
That way when we adjust the dates of the canvas / forecast it would include the additional MRR generated during that time period without giving the impression that 8-12 months later there is zero drop off or attrition with the recurring revenue being generated.
That also allows us to project the revenue potential if we can retain customers to 1-2 additional months etc.
Just opening a ton more doors in general vs the current LTV approach with a single value?
